The Poets' Pathway is sponsoring one of the Jane's walks this weekend.
The walk starts at Britannia Park, near the plaque with the poem by Pauline Johnson and winds its way over to Mud Lake.

City staff is reviewing its 5-year Arts and Heritage Plan, first adopted as part of the Ottawa 20/20 exercise.

The Poets’ Pathway is a 30-kilometre walking and biking path though Ottawa, created to memorialize Ottawa’s poets, especially those 19th Century poets brought here to help create a sense of national identity for a new country.
Please find attached the October 22 Newsletter from the Poets' Pathway Committee as well as an invitation to the unveiling of the third plaque for the Pathway, on November 1, 2010, at 11:30 a.m., at Beechwood Cemetery.
The unveiling is co-sponsored by Arc Poetry Magazine. There will be readings by this year’s Archibald Lampman Award contestants and a reception.
