meadow marsh and scattered coniferous stands.

The Greenspace Alliance submitted a comment on this site proposal,
saying that we "Object to any rezoning of agricultural land as we
cannot afford to lose such land".

Phase 7. This is a large country estate development in the former
Osgoode.  Phases 7 to 11 received draft plan of subdivision
approval in August 2006.  Rezoning for Phase 7 was approved in
