Proposal to amend zoning from Rural (RU) with small
Extractive Industrial Two (ME2) to Country Estate Exception Zone
to build 68 single detached dwelling lots. Site currently contains
vegetation, fallow fields, hedgerows, thicket swamp,
meadow marsh and scattered coniferous stands.

The Greenspace Alliance submitted a comment on this site proposal,
saying that we "Object to any rezoning of agricultural land as we
cannot afford to lose such land".

Phase 7. This is a large country estate development in the former
Osgoode.  Phases 7 to 11 received draft plan of subdivision
approval in August 2006.  Rezoning for Phase 7 was approved in
